This includes information from the area of the network operator as well as information from the environment of the connected seaport terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strike at German seaports. The service workers&#8217; union ver.di has called on its members to participate in a warning strike as part of the ongoing collective bargaining negotiations. The strike begins today at 10:00 p.m. and is expected to last until 10:00 p.m. on September 4, 2026.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This means that all import trains scheduled to depart on September 3, 2026, and September 4, 2026, will not be able to operate. Accordingly, the export shipment departing from the hinterland today will not begin unloading until Saturday. However, the exact impacts and disruptions, as well as the alternative unloading and loading slots, cannot yet be determined.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port shuntings are also affected. We are still trying to route as much cargo as possible to the destination terminals, but we cannot guarantee that everything will be completed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Among others, this affects the EUROGATE terminals in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, and Wilhelmshaven, as well as the HHLA terminals Burchardkai, CTA, and CTT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expect that the dispositive inflow control in Hamburg and Bremerhaven\u2014which were only recently lifted\u2014will go back into effect this weekend.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the circumstances, delays continue to occur at the seaport and inland terminals. These delays have a significant impact on the stability and punctuality of our network. We are making daily efforts to minimize the impact on your bookings as much as possible. Our scheduling department will continue to inform you of any affected bookings on a case-by-case basis. In order to avoid incorrect tours, please check the availability of the loading units before acceptance inland or at the seaport and take our advice notes and order-related information into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Long-term construction work between Nuremberg &#8211; Regensburg &#8211; Passau from February 6, 2026 to December 15, 2026. During this period, there will be two different diversions with adjusted train lengths:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>July 12 \u2013 September 16 -&gt; 620 m via Landshut\/Plattling&nbsp; &nbsp;-&gt; 23 cars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>September 16 \u2013 timetable change -&gt; 590 m via Salzburg&nbsp; -&gt; 22 cars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the longer distance and increased utilization of the alternative routes, delays are to be expected. Further restrictions cannot yet be fully predicted. We will inform you separately about these. This mainly affects our services to Hungary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the area of seaport terminals, we would like to point out that your cooperation as a potential terminal customer is also urgently desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With regard to deadlines, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/gtc\/\">General Terms and Conditions<\/a>. Delivery deadlines or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed.
