This includes information from the area of the network operator as well as information from the environment of the connected seaport terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A third-party rail carrier\u2019s locomotive derailment occurred on the Waltershofer locomotive transfer platform on August 28, 2026, at 2:15 p.m. As a result, we are unable to retrieve two of our locomotives from storage. These locomotives are needed for today\u2019s departures from Hamburg. Unfortunately, it is not yet clear when the issue will be resolved or what impact this disruption will have. In any case, significant delays are to be expected. Our scheduling department will keep you informed.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track alignment issue between Domb\u00fchl and Ansbach from August 26, 2026, at 8:27 p.m. until approximately September 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. This will result in longer travel times due to several &#8220;slow-speed sections&#8221; and single-track operation, as well as detours via Nuremberg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signal malfunction between B\u00fcckburg and Minden from August 26, 2026, at 6:56 p.m. until August 27, 2026, at 10:32 a.m. Result: longer travel times due to slow speeds and trains coming to a stop.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Point failure near Hannover-Waldhausen from August 27, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. until August 27, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Result: Increased travel time due to reduced speed and train stops.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signal failure between Lippoldshausen and J\u00fchnde from August 26, 2026, at 11:25 p.m. until August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Result: longer travel times due to reduced speed and train stops.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Point failure between Langenselbold and Hailer-Meerholz from August 27, 2026, at 3:59 p.m. until August 27, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. Result: Delays due to rerouting.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signal failure between Gie\u00dfen-Bergwald and Gie\u00dfen from August 27, 2026, at 5:19 p.m. until August 27, 2026, at 10:07 p.m. Result: Travel time delays due to slow speeds and trains coming to a stop.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Such obstacles cause congestion as trains are held up and may not resume their journey until cleared by the operations centers of the DB.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispositive inflow control in Hamburg has been in effect since August 18, 2026. Trains are being partially denied entry into the Hamburg rail network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loading delays at the EUROKOMBI Terminal of approximately 2\u20133 hours, caused by delayed incoming trains (see above) and shunting delays due to overloaded infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loading delays at the HHLA Burchardkai Terminal are approximately 4\u20135 hours, highly variable, and sometimes as long as 7 hours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The current delays are still the result of last week\u2019s 24-hour strike. These delays could not be offset due to ongoing disruptions along the route and at the seaports. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expect that the situation will not improve and will continue well into next week.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to the unplanned events mentioned above, there are also a large number of scheduled construction projects, which naturally affect travel times and distances. These factors also result in significantly higher production costs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the circumstances, delays continue to occur at the seaport and inland terminals. These delays have a significant impact on the stability and punctuality of our network. We are making daily efforts to minimize the impact on your bookings as much as possible. Our scheduling department will continue to inform you of any affected bookings on a case-by-case basis. In order to avoid incorrect tours, please check the availability of the loading units before acceptance inland or at the seaport and take our advice notes and order-related information into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Long-term construction work between Nuremberg &#8211; Regensburg &#8211; Passau from February 6, 2026 to December 15, 2026. During this period, there will be two different diversions with adjusted train lengths:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>July 12 \u2013 September 16 -&gt; 620 m via Landshut\/Plattling&nbsp; &nbsp;-&gt; 23 cars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>September 16 \u2013 timetable change -&gt; 590 m via Salzburg&nbsp; -&gt; 22 cars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the longer distance and increased utilization of the alternative routes, delays are to be expected. Further restrictions cannot yet be fully predicted. We will inform you separately about these. This mainly affects our services to Hungary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the area of seaport terminals, we would like to point out that your cooperation as a potential terminal customer is also urgently desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With regard to deadlines, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/gtc\/\">General Terms and Conditions<\/a>. Delivery deadlines or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed.
