{"id":2099,"date":"2025-04-09T19:03:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-09T17:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/?p=2099"},"modified":"2025-04-09T20:31:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T18:31:23","slug":"surcharges-for-q2-2025-current-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/surcharges-for-q2-2025-current-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Surcharges for Q2 2025 \u2013 Current Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The following surcharges will apply for the period 1 April to 30 June 2025.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Below is an overview of the updated rates and the basis for their calculation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Fuel Surcharge<\/h2>\n<p>The fuel surcharge for this period is set at 7%.<br \/>This is based on the fuel index published by the German Federal Statistical Office.<br \/>You can access the index at:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bgl-ev.de\/dieselpreisinformationen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.bgl-ev.de\/dieselpreisinformationen\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The applicable value for Q2 2025 is calculated using the average index from November 2024 to January 2025.<br \/>You can find all current surcharge rates here:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/services\/rail\/\">https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/services\/rail\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Rail Energy Surcharge<\/h2>\n<p>For Q2 2025, the rail energy surcharge will be applied at Level 12.<br \/>The surcharge is charged in EUR per TEU and direction.<\/p>\n<p>The calculation is based on the average index from November 2024 to January 2025.<br \/>An overview of our rail energy floater levels is available here:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/services\/rail\/\">https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/en\/services\/rail\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"166\" src=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/zuschlaege-2-quartal-2025.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2079\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/zuschlaege-2-quartal-2025.png 330w, https:\/\/www.egim.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/zuschlaege-2-quartal-2025-300x151.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<h2>Infrastructure Surcharge<\/h2>\n<p>The infrastructure surcharge will continue beyond 28 February 2025 and remain in effect at EUR 24.00 per TEU and direction throughout March 2025.<br \/>This surcharge is reviewed on a monthly basis.<br \/>The value for April 2025 will be communicated separately in the following month.<\/p>\n<h2>Questions?<\/h2>\n<p>If you have any questions, please don\u2019t hesitate to get in touch.<br \/>Thank you for your continued trust.
